Bridal Magazine
Wow. We just published our first Bridal magazine! We wanted to do this for our brides to be as a resource and guide during the planning stages of the wedding. The magazine is 20 pages this time, but will include stories from our brides and from other vendors in the future. We will always have the digital version available on our website under our Wedding Photography menu, but we will also be giving print versions to distribute at many of the venues that we photograph. All the photos are ours and we want to display the wonderful couples that allowed us to be at their wedding and capture the love they have for one another. I love the candid moments as well, and I hope, as the magazine grows, that you will be as impressed with these couples as much as I am. Thanks for reading my blog and I hope you will share our magazine with potential brides and let them know that WE WANT TO BE THE PHOTOGRAPHERS at their wedding. Sumler Family morning photo session
Preston, Crystal and their family planned to meet with me at the park last night, but the weather changed our plans. It was a gift however, because the light was so much better this morning and our session went great. These are a few photos of their family. I had a great time visiting with them again. I appreciate the repeat business and our conversations.
She is only 7 months old, but you can see she has a happy beginning.7 month old baby girl in park and morning light.

I love to see close families and today I had another chance. The Fields family was great to work with. I had driven from a wedding in Columbus Ohio, but the smiles and laughs rejuvenated me. Very nice children. They ran, played and were very well behaved and smiled the entire shoot. I love working with such happy folks.
Wedding at The Athenaeum in Columbus Ohio
I was in Columbus, Ohio this weekend to photograph the a beautiful wedding. The venue was really something to see. The Athenaeum is located in downtown Columbus and was a Masonic Lodge until a few years ago. Now is has multiple theaters and ballrooms for weddings and events. Morgan and Ryan had a beautiful wedding and I am glad they choose me to capture their day. There are sooo many good photographs, but here are the first ones I have touched.

An old friend's 50th Wedding Anniversary
Fred and Patty came to my studio yesterday for their 50th Wedding Anniversary portraits. I worked with Fred at the College for a number of years and he is a very respected leader and educator in our area. We sure hated to see him retire last year. I am grateful to have learned from him while he was there. They are a very nice couple.
